Beginner

Beginner classes (60mins) are designed to introduce students to the art of pole fitness, under safe and professional supervision. No level of age, fitness, flexibility or dance background is required. All you need is the desire to have fun while getting fit!

 

The classes consist of routines and the  techniques needed to learn proper hand positions and grip of the pole, the correct posture and stance of the body during pole dancing, spins, floor work and transitions, basic climbs, basic inversions.

 

Our instructors are here to lead and inspire you, teaching you everything you need to know, at your own pace. 

Beginner

Intermediate

Intermediate classes (60mins) build on the foundation you have learnt by introducing new and more difficult moves and by strengthening and improving technique, transitions and flexibility.  

 

Routines become more advanced and encourage students to gain the ability to perform a flowing routine.  

 

By this time students will have a high level of core strength and begin to learn high level intermediate moves. Some of these moves may seem gravity defying, but we assure you, you will be taught in the safest manner and only once you are ready.

Advanced

Advanced classes (60mins) once again build on the foundations you you have learnt by intorducing the hardest pole dancing moves.

 

This level works on core strength, flexibility, floor work and control to allow students to execute an effortless routine.

 

By this time Students will be well and truly addicted to pole dancing!!  You will be encouraged to create new moves and combinations according to your advanced level.

Kids Circus, Acro and Pole Fitness

It's very important to teach kids to be active, learn physical skills and balance techniques. Our kids classes are the perfect place to introduce your kids to aerial acrobatics in a fun and safe environment.  Our one hour classes involve dance, stretching, aerial hoops, aerial silks and pole fitness. 

Teens Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is an excellent sport for teen girls and great way to meet new friends while getting fit and having fun! Our one hour classes are designed to boost their confidence and will teach students strength and flexibility starting from the basics and advancing as they go.
